Reactive Maintenance

The service administration desk is covered 24 hours a day by knowledgeable experienced staff Operatives are generally available 'on call' - in addition to our standard 'Day to day' services - none the less managed efficiently.
 

Timber Treatment

Falcon Homes offer a comprehensive service covering all aspects of rising damp and timber treatment.  Our technicians and surveyors are trained in the detection and remedial treatments by the Remedial Technical Services Company and have gained the approval of the Property Guarantee Administration to enable clients to procure Insurance Backed Guarantees for Rising Damp Treatment and Timber Treatment.
