Formed in 1997 the business has grown to employ in excess of 40 full time staff. The founding principles of high quality, reliable and above all professional service remain in place as bedrock. 

Our staff are dedicated to using 'Best Endeavours' at all times. Nowhere better is this reflected than in the Reactive Maintenance department.

In spite of managing over 2500 Work Orders each year, our staff remain cool and consistent, delivering an efficient service to you our customers.

Investment

Fundamental to efficient delivery of our services is investment in our product, our staff and IT systems to support the business model.

In the last 12 months investment in purpose designed Contract Software has been significant - now coming on line with permanent tracking of all Work Orders, we can offer our customers significant benefits in efficiency and monitoring.

The investment is also reflected in satellite monitoring of our Reactive Maintenance fleet from June 2001.

When, where and for how long - all are now available on a live basis with permanent verifiable details on demand.

Falcon Homes are able to respond to your needs with absolute efficiency.

In the last year our professional staff has increased with the addition of a Contract Surveyor and a dedicated Reactive Maintenance Manager.

We have also augmented our management team with a Commercial Manager.

With increased emphasis on Health and Safety via the CDM regulations, Falcon Homes has invested in training for staff to ensure we operate to the highest standard.
