Falcon Homes have been serving the commercial and domestic refurbishment and maintenance market for almost 15 years now and have grown to become one of the largest local companies specialising in this market.

With a directly employed labour force on hand to cover all aspects of the building industry we pride ourselves on our ability to respond to our Clients needs quickly and efficiently/competently.

Our Clients include Private Estates, Land Agents, District Councils from Brighton to Fareham, Housing Associations, Public House and Private clients.

The business was formed in 1997, as a natural progression of a well established building business, and has tailored its local services to suit our diverse Client base, with a team of four admin based Office Staff. Incoming calls are answered promptly and professionally and directed to a member of staff with relevant training to deal with the enquiry efficiently.

We operate a Bespoke software package to manage and control contracts and remedial day to day maintenance work, sorted by target date, and permanently tracked through to invoicing.

Health & Safety

To manage and comply with Health and Safety legislation we have a dedicated member of staff who liases with our contracted Health & Safety Consultants, Peninsula Business Services Ltd, to enable our on site staff to have up to date information and to receive relevant training for specific tasks.

Green Issues

Falcon Homes has a dedicated site for the recycling of untreated timber, green waste, hard core, plastics and metal, in order to minimise the impact of our services on the environment. We are registered with the Environment Agency to carry waste - certificate number: 038199.

Our Services

All aspects of general building are covered by our employed staff, including the following.
 

Carpentry, roof tiling and built up felt roofing, ceramic tiling, plastering, electrical installations, heating and plumbing, drainage, brickwork, all aspects of floor covering.

In addition to these services we have trained staff to carry out insurance backed damp proof works and timber preservation. Sand blasting of timber, stone and brickwork for restoration purposes, joinery and UPVC window and fascia board installation.
